We are thrilled to share some exciting news!
Very soon, we will be launching the Muzicad (Music/Autism) Activity Handbook – a unique and practical resource designed to support children with autism through the power of music.
This handbook is the result of a wonderful collaboration between experts from four European countries, (Ireland, Turkey, Croatia and Germany) working together with the support of the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme.
Inside, you will find:
🎵 Practical insights on autism – written in clear, accessible language for parents, teachers, and professionals.
🎵 An introduction to the benefits of music-based activities – including how music therapy and playful music games can support learning, communication, and wellbeing for children with autism.
🎵 40 engaging game and activity ideas – ready to use at home, in classrooms, or in community settings.
The activities are divided into three easy-to-follow sections:
Section 1: Physical Games – helping children develop coordination, movement, and body awareness.
Section 2: Social & Emotional Games – encouraging interaction, self-expression, and emotional understanding.
Section 3: Multi-Skill Games – blending creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork through music.
Whether you are a parent, teacher, therapist, or caregiver, this handbook is designed to inspire new ways of bringing joy, connection, and growth into the lives of children with autism.
