Yesil Duzce Ozel Egitim Uygulama Okulu 3. Kademe Türkiye
Yesil Duzce Special Education Practice School Level III offers a wide range of education to students with courses such as communication, social skills, visual arts, music and physical education. While daily life skills and cooking skills are taught in the kitchen workshop, we support our students' independent living skills by focusing on topics such as personal care and house cleaning in the practice house workshop. In the agriculture workshop, students learn about farming, while in the design workshop, artistic activities develop their creativity and fine/ gross motor skills. These various activities provide students with a comprehensive education not only in the academic field, but also by supporting them to acquire the skills they need in their daily lives, to express themselves and to integrate into society in a healthy way.
Our school offers students a well-rounded learning experience by organizing a wide range of music activities. Music workshops, concerts, performances and thematic weeks with music providing students with the opportunity to develop skills such as rhythm keeping, dancing, playing instruments, while strengthening their emotional expression, increasing their social skills and gaining self-confidence. While students gain stage experience by developing their physical coordination and sense of rhythm through musical genres, musical thematic weeks give students the chance to interact with music by focusing on specific themes. Thus, our students strengthen their social skills, emotional expression and cognitive development while strengthening their interaction with music.
